The current Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Dr Christof Strässle, will not stand for re-election. We would like to express our sincere thanks to him for his many years of dedicated service and his significant commitment to Swisscanto Flex Collective Foundation. For the employer representative seat that will become vacant as a result, the current Board of Trustees, which is composed on a parity basis, proposes Petra Kalt in accordance with Article 5 para. 2 of the Rules of Organisation. This proposal relates to membership of the Board of Trustees; the constitution of the Board and the Chairmanship will be determined by the newly elected Board of Trustees.

For the election for renewal, the current Board of Trustees proposes the following candidates. Further nominations from among the members of the Pension Committees are expressly welcome:

Ms Petra Kalt is a member of the Board of Directors of Berner Kantonalbank. From 2009 to 2024, she held various senior positions at Zuger Kantonalbank, including serving on the Executive Board for the final 11 years. A qualified lawyer, Ms Kalt brings valuable experience across all areas of banking, including wealth management.

Any nomination may be submitted to the Foundation’s office no later than Thursday, 15 October 2026.

The election procedure is governed by the provisions of the Organisational Regulations.
